If you forget or need to reset your password for any reason, you can do this via the web portal. Simply follow the below instructions.
Go do deiterate.com and select 'Sign In' in the top right hand corner
Select the first option - 'Sign in with email'
Enter your email address and click 'Next'
Click 'Trouble signing in?' from the next screen to generate a password reset email
Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password
