How do I access Assurance Task Evidence

Navigate to Assurance Tasks in the left hand menu.

Click on the Clock Iconnext to the Assurance Task you wish to see the History for.

The Perform Task History screen will appear.

Click on the Completed Date to expand the history for that change

To view Evidence for an Assurance Task, click on the filename next to the field named 'Evidence'

The Evidence will open in a new window.
