How do I add a new user?

1. Log into your de.iterate account. You’ll be greeted by your main dashboard.

2. Click on ‘User Management’ in the main menu (as shown below).

3. The ‘Users’ page will appear. Click on the orange ‘Add User’ button in the top right-hand corner.

4. The ‘Add User’ screen will appear (as shown below). Complete all the required fields.

5. Click the orange ‘Save’ button in the bottom right-hand corner. All ‘Add New User’ form fields are explained here.

Once a user is added, they will automatically receive an email from de.iterate. This will prompt the user to set up their account with their own unique password. It will also include instructions on how to log in.
