How Do I Assign an Assurance Task to A Team Member?
1. Log into your de.iterate account. You’ll be greeted by your main dashboard.
2. Navigate to ‘Assurance Tasks’ in the left hand main menu.
3. Find the Assurance Task you wish to assign to a team member, and click on ‘Edit’ (the pen icon) on the far right-hand side (as shown below).
4. An ‘Edit Task’ screen will automatically appear.
5. From the Edit Task screen click on the ‘Select user’ drop down menu next to the ‘Assignee’ field and select the team member from the drop down menu that appears
Note: The member will first need to be added as a User to your de.iterate account under user management.
6. Click the orange ‘Save’ button in the bottom righthand corner.
