The 'Perform Task' screen is your go-to space for completing and tracking important compliance activities. It is designed to make completing your tasks straightforward and easy, ensuring you stay on top of your compliance requirements.
Here’s what each field means:
● Task: This is what you need to do. For example, "Nominate someone for your organisation's overall privacy management."
● Action: This is the specific action you need to take, such as "Upload Evidence" to show that the task has been completed.
● Date Performed: This is where you’ll see when the task was completed, helping you keep track of your compliance timeline.
● Uploaded Evidence: This field allows you to upload evidence that demonstrates you have performed the task. This might include screenshots of activities or a newly updated version of a policy or procedure.
● Data Classification: You’ll need to select from one of three options (the options below are default, and can be customised in ‘Company Settings’):
• Customer Confidential: Information provided by or related to customers that must be protected from unauthorised access, such as personal data, account details, or contracts.
• Business Confidential: Internal company information not intended for public release, including financial records, strategy documents, internal communications, and employee data.
•Public: Information approved for public consumption that poses no risk if disclosed, such as marketing materials, published reports, or website content.
● Comments: Use this space to explain the evidence you’ve uploaded or, if you can’t upload anything, explain why.
