How Do I Perform an Assurance Task via the Assurance Tasks Screen?
You can complete Assurance Tasks from either the Compliance Calendar or directly within the Assurance Tasks screen, whichever works best for your workflow.
Here is how to use the Compliance Calendar View.
1. Log into your de.iterate account. You'll be greeted by your main dashboard.
2. Navigate to the ‘Assurance Tasks’ in the left hand menu (as shown below).
3. Find the Assurance Task you wish to complete, and click on the clipboard icon on the far righthand side (as shown below).
4. A ‘Perform Task’ screen will automatically appear (as shown below).
5. From the Perform Task screen to complete the task simply:
● Set the date the task was performed
● Upload any evidence and set the classification for it (if applicable)
● Add any comments for the reviewer/auditor
Note: Uploading evidence and providing notes while performing tasks streamlines your annual audit and makes it easier at audit time. Spending a few minutes now to upload evidence can save hours of time during an audit.
6. Click the orange ‘Perform Task’ button to complete the task.
