If you ever get stuck, need clarification, or want a quick answer, help is never far away in de.iterate.
There are multiple ways to access support directly within the platform.

Meet Harold: Your In-Platform Compliance Wingman
Need quick answers or real-time assistance? Harold, our in-platform compliance wingman, is here to help. Located in the bottom-right corner of your screen (as shown opposite), Harold is your always-on virtual assistant, designed to support you as you navigate de.iterate. Whether you're completing an Assurance Task, updating your Risk Register, or managing documents, Harold can provide instant guidance, right when you need it.

What Harold can help with:
  • Answering common questions about using the platform
  • Providing tips on ISO 27001, Essential Eight, and other frameworks
  • Linking to relevant help articles and training resources
  • Guiding you through common actions, like uploading a policy or assigning a task

If Harold can’t help right away, you’ll be automatically connected to our local, human support team for further assistance.

Located at the bottom of the main navigation panel, the Support button connects you directly to our help resources. This is your go-to for instant self-service help, available 24/7.
