How do I update my Security settings (including my Password) in Company Settings?

1. Log into your de.iterate account. You’ll be greeted by your main dashboard.

2. Click on ‘Company Settings’ in the left hand menu (as shown below).

3. Company Settings will automatically appear. Click on ‘Security’ in the menu (as shown below).
From the ‘Security’ screen, you can update your security settings, including password and two-factor authentication.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

1. From the ‘Security’ screen, make sure the ‘Password’ tab is selected (as shown below).

2. Enter your new password under the ‘New Password’ heading. Enter your new password a second time under the ‘Confirm New Password’ heading. Then click on the orange ‘Update Password’ button.


HOW TO CHANGE YOUR TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
1. From the ‘Security’ screen, make sure the ‘Two-Factor Authentication’ tab is selected (as shown below).

2. Enter the phone number you wish to enrol for two-factor authentication. Then click on the orange ‘Verify’ button. We’ll then send a verification code to that phone number to complete the process.
