How do I update the Menu settings in Company Settings?

1. Log into your de.iterate account. You’ll be greeted by your main dashboard. Click on ‘Company Settings’ in the left hand menu (as shown below).

2. Company Settings will automatically appear. Click on ‘Menu Settings’ in the menu (as shown below).

From this screen, you can configure the options for various menus throughout the de.iterate application, including:

  • Document Type: There is already a range of default document types (like Policy, Procedure, Form and Evidence). However, you can add tailored, specific document types to this list.
  • Statuses: There is already a range of default statuses (like Current, Draft and Expired). However, you can add tailored, specific statuses to this list.
  • Classifications: There is already a range of default classifications (like Customer Confidential, Business Confidential and Public). However, you can add tailored, specific classifications to this list.
  • Business Units: There is already a range of default document types (like Management, Operations, Development and Finance). However, you can add tailored, specific business units to this list.

HOW TO ADD A NEW MENU SETTING
1. Type the name of the new menu setting into the box marked ‘Add new...
2. Click on the small + icon on the right-hand side (as shown below).

HOW TO DELETE A MENU SETTING
1. Navigate to the menu setting you wish to delete.
2. Click on the red delete button (rubbish bin icon) on the right-hand side (as shown below).
